That's INCREDIBLE! So many of my friends went to that workshop and said they had the time of their life... and they are still talking about all that they learned. I still remember how much a one day workshop with you jump started my career so I can only imagine what a four day workshop could do!
I helped Mike make the chimichangas...did I get a shout out?!? ;) I mean, I highly doubt anyone can sprinkle cheese the way I did...
Mike...can't wait to see the whole thing! It looks incredible. Please don't pass them out at WPPI, for I'll be sure to miss all the activities as I sit in front of my TV for hours. :)

mike! i truely love your work and think you're God sent to help motivate me in my works. but... darn from where i come from this set cost WAY too much =(, i had to save 3 months to get the high end bride dvd. maybe one day i'll be able to. God bless.
haha! Love the comments! I totally forgot to give you credit for your amazing skills with the chimichangas Jasmine! You know I couldn't have pulled off making 30 chimis without you! Thanks for stepping in and saving my butt.. especially after I burned my finger and it almost fell off half way through! Ok it wasn't that bad, but it hurt like #$!#$!
Oh and yes, I can ship the DVD to Belgium! I won't be making it available online until May but my online store does support international purchases. Better yet, bring me out and cook me some some of those delicious waffles and I'll give you the DVD in person :)
Wow, Mike! It's looking absolutely incredible! I mean, I know it is going to be......having really experienced "The Colon Experience" but I cannot wait to see the DVD!! I need to watch over and over to refresh my brain on everything I learned that week. We covered SOOOOOO much! Really, the whole seminar was awesome and I can't wait for the next one!!

Uh...Mike...your finger fell off? Well, see...when eating my chimi, I bit into something soft on the outside but super crunchy on the inside...thought it was just some chicken on a bone, you know...like knuckle...but now....ughhhh.
