Apple Cinema Display Arm
Someone commented in an earlier post about wishing Apple would create a vertically oriented 30" cinema display for ease of retouching portraits. I found this arm that claims to hold a 30" display allowing rotation from landscape to portrait. Hope this helps!

The cinema displays and some iMacs can be mounted to any arms that have standard VESA mounts. You just need the VESA mount adapter from the Apple store. Doing a product search for "vesa mount desk/arm" will get you several results.
We put iMacs on our trade show displays which have VESA arms built into them. They're very nice.
